We got great value for our money at Paton Cottage. The room was spotlessly clean and had a small fridge, allowing us to have a leisurely breakfast whenever we wanted and even pack a picnic lunch. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center, and the host, Rosemary, was exceptional. She was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the area and making sure we had everything we needed.

The location was marvellous and amazing, next to main attraction, railway and bus station as well as Paton Cottage, loved this place. It also was very close to all restaurants. The deluxe queen room was stylish with a private bath. There were a coffee maker, a fridge and glassware upon arrival.

Quiet trendy boutique hotel, I appreciated its quiet ambiance. The location was unbeatable down the river. Café Dee Dee's Family Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise...

Lovely stay for our Christmas getaway! The cozy room was perfect and the host was wonderful, even greeting us with chocolates and bubbly. The continental breakfast provided in our room was a great touch, allowing us to have a leisurely start to our day. The fridge in the room came in handy, especially during the unusually warm weather. Plus, the location was ideal, within easy walking distance of all the festive sights!

The layout of the cottage was a bit compact, but it was cleverly designed, so it didn't bother us much. However, we did miss having a common area to interact with other guests, as it felt more like staying in an Airbnb.

My good-sized and beautifully designed room included comfortable bed, central heating, tea/coffee making equipment and television with satellite channels.

Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt! Wir wurden vom freundlichen Personal herzlich empfangen und bekamen ein geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Die Sauberkeit im Hotel war ausgezeichnet und das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Lage direkt in der Nähe der Haupteinkaufsstraße war ideal, da wir keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel benötigten. Außerdem war das Hotel direkt an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle gelegen, was es uns leicht gemacht hat, die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen und bot eine große Auswahl an Speisen. Zusätzlich konnten wir sogar frische Eierspeisen bestellen. Das Parken war in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus nebenan möglich. Das Hotel bot auch verschiedene Annehmlichkeiten wie einen Saunaaufenthalt, vergünstigtes Parken und kleine Snacks auf dem Zimmer. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war sehr gut.
